Personal Training

Often the hardest part of starting an exercise routine is that you don’t know where to start.  Setting goals is an important step. One-On-One training with me will  provide you with a tailored exercise program designed specifically to achieve your fitness goals. Using strength training, cardio training and boxing I will ensure your workout session is both effective and never dull.

Personal Trainer Sessions

Your first session will include taking measurements and blood pressure.  I will also do an assessment measuring your strength and fitness so we have a baseline.  Using these tools we can check your progress.

Buddy Sessions

Training with a friend or partner can be more motivating than doing your PT sessions with me on your own.  It’s like setting up your own ‘mini group training’ session. I will set up personal training programs that address the individual goals each of you have for your sessions. Getting a buddy involved is a great way to train, share the cost, challenge each other and bring an extra bit of fun in to your session.
