I enjoy being creative in my workout sessions and love getting new equipment and thinking up new ways to get everyone moving. I’m not a ‘bootcamp-style’ trainer and I won’t yell at you. But I will make you work hard, encourage you and motivate you to find that inner-strength to push yourself. The confidence that builds in you will spill over in to the other areas of you life because I believe strongly that our physical health, mental health and emotional health are all connected. Build up strength in one of those areas, and the other areas will be stronger as well. I have a way of getting the best out of you in your workout so you leave feeling a great sense of accomplishment. I really enjoy that moment when a person gets to a place in their workout they didn’t think they could do.
